This warranty is an extension of the manufacturer's normal warranty
on the equipment for an additional period of 3 (three) years.
The equipment will be guaranteed to operate properly according
to manufacturer's specifications or we shall repair equipment
to operate properly, at no charge to you (this includes all parts
and labor). Such service, repairs or adjustment of this equipment
is assured the original purchaser only. Warranty covers a one-time
screen replacement. This warranty does not cover equipment which
has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result
of accident, liquid, grit, impact, lack of proper care as indicated
in the manual of operations. Warranty does not extend to all
batteries, power cords, any software programs, media or sensitive
information data on your system and other accessories. This limited
warranty is transferable on listed equipment for a $20.00 fee.
Limited warranty applies only to product(s) registered. It does
not cover software malfunction, or other expenses or consequential
damages. Software release must accompany unit. Must have minimum
of 90-day manufacturer warranty.
In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service,
it must be delivered post paid with warranty #, the owner's name
and address, dated sales invoice and description of difficulties
encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave.,
Springfield, N.J. 07081 along with a check for $15.00 to cover
shipping and handling in the Continental U.S. (cost for overseas
shipping to be determined). Call 973-467-2291 or 800-252-MACK (outside
of N.J.) for a Mack authorized Service Center near you (at the
discretion of Mack Camera). Service Center must have written authorization
from Mack Camera before any repairs are completed.

A Mack Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within
the first 30 days of the purchase of your equipment. If you should
require service under your warranty plan, your will be required
to provide a dated proof of purchase for your equipment, the
extended warranty, and your warranty registration number. |
