Will the 15mm Nikonos lens take a picture with the main subject being large enough in that picture without being able to focus at its 1 foot minimum. For example you want to take a picture of a moray eel and you don't want to get that close. Will the 15mm be able to reproduce the eel at a large enough size or would the better lens choice be the 20mm. which lens makes a better all around choice.
