: How would say a Canon A2 compare to a Nikon N90s for housed underwater photography?
I'm not familiar with the Canon A2.
I shoot the Nikon n90s in an Aquatica 90 housing. It works very well; but, it's just a tool. (results are more dependant on user technique and optical quality of lenses used; camera wizbang features are not used that much underwater. I shoot mostly in manual mode: TTL for macro, manual strobe for wide angle.)
The n90s has a high eye-point view finder that is fairly large.
Look at the housings available for each camera and make your decision based on what camera functions are available while using each housing, ergonomics, ports, etc.
