Nik V discontinued? Old Rumor?

This old rumor has popped up several places where even old Nik V users have been told by local dealers that the Nik V will go out of production. Of course, there's nothing to substantiate this rumour on the Nikon web pages. However, have you folks as dealers heard anything like this?
