The SB105 is basically a SB103 with the following improvements:
*slightly more powerful (I believe 75 watt/seconds vs 50 for the SB103)
*a slave mode (so you can use it as a second strobe without a double cord)
*Oh yeah...the SB105 won't EXPLODE when you use it (the SB103 was recalled due to the chance of explosion when used under current conditions);-)
