Nikon has several 90 series cameras. Is the N90 the USA version and the F90 the import version of the same camera? Will Nikon discontinue the F90 series as well?

This has been a bad week. I have a Nike V and a N90s in an Ikelite housing, both of which are apparently being discontinued by Nikon. I'm debating what to do. Advice?
