Finder for 20mm lens

I've just acquired a Sea&Sea 20mm lens for my Nikonos. I am now loking or a suitable finder to go with it.

I can see that there are two types of (Sea&Sea) finder that are targeted at the 20mm. One is a little over $100. The other is described as high-eyepoint and costs well over $300.

Is one that much better than the other? Is the cheaper one going to cause me problems?
